Terms & Conditions
Nanomize is a trading name of Nanomize.
Nanomize is a company with its registered office at 2 PADDOCK ROAD, SKELMERSDALE WN8 9PL
. The following terms and conditions apply to the sale and purchase of items in your basket. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Availability of Goods and Prices
Items will be shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase. Occasionally, your order may be delivered in instalments, and we will make every effort to notify you via email if this occurs.
While we strive for accuracy in our pricing, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error after your order has been placed, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will have the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we cannot contact you, the order will be treated as canceled, and you will receive a full refund.
We make every effort to avoid overselling items. However, due to occasional stock discrepancies, this may happen. If we cannot fulfill your order within the agreed time frame, you will receive a full refund, and we will notify you via email.
International Shipping
For delivery addresses outside the United Kingdom, you may incur import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility. Customs policies vary widely; we recommend contacting your local customs office for further details before purchasing.
Please note that cross-border shipments are subject to inspection by customs authorities.
Validity
By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms may change at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them before making a purchase.
Your Undertakings and Warranties
You warrant that all information provided on your order form is accurate and complete.
Acknowledgment of Order
Once your order is completed, you will receive an email confirmation detailing the items ordered, the total cost (including VAT and shipping charges, where applicable), and delivery and invoice details.
If your order cannot be processed for any reason, a member of our team will contact you to explain the issue.
Our Contract
A contract for the sale of products exists between you and Nanomize only when the product(s) have been dispatched. You will receive an email confirmation or dispatch notice when your order is being processed.
If your order is fulfilled in instalments, products yet to be dispatched are not part of our contract with you. It is your responsibility to check the accuracy of the confirmation details and keep a copy for your records.
Payment
All credit/debit card and payment processor account holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If your payment is declined, your order will not be accepted, and Nanomize will not be liable for any delays or non-delivery.
Returns
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. For details on how to return items, please refer to our Returns Policy.
Damaged Goods or Incorrect Deliveries
If goods are damaged or incorrect upon delivery, the following conditions apply:
- Goods must be stored appropriately; improper storage may void any claims for faults.
- Any claims for shortages or defects must be made within five days of delivery, including details of the issue and the invoice number. Failure to notify us within this period will be deemed as acceptance of the goods.
Nanomize may require you to return defective goods at your expense. If your claim is valid, we will replace the goods, make up any shortages, or refund their price, including reasonable postage costs. Nanomize’s liability is limited to the cost of the goods.
Force Majeure
Nanomize shall not be held liable for delays or failures to deliver goods due to events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive for accuracy in all information provided, Nanomize does not guarantee the accuracy of website content. Liability for any breach of these terms is limited to the value of the goods ordered. This does not affect liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Invalidity of Terms and Conditions
If any part of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms will still apply.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by English law, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Promotional Codes / Discounts
Promotional codes are valid only for new online orders and must meet any stated minimum spend requirements.
Nanomize reserves the right to reject orders using invalid or fraudulent codes. Only one promotional code may be used per order, and codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated. Promotional discounts do not apply to sale or discounted items unless explicitly mentioned.
Refunds for returned items will reflect the discounted price paid, minus any shipping costs. If only part of an order is returned, the discount will be proportionally applied. Promotional codes cannot be re-applied to replacement items; new orders must be placed if the promotion is still valid.
Nanomize reserves the right to modify or cancel promotional codes at any time.
